Like much of the surrounding landscape, Cove Creek Cottages is situated on rural pasture with long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Surrounding the property is a mix of large tracts of farmland, rural homes and woodlands.

The 41.7 Acre site is a patchwork of open pasture, hardwood forest and wooded streams. There will be a total of 57 townhome residential units when the project is completed.
