Sherri Schwartz - Broker - 828-242-6119

Sherri, a licensed real estate agent in Florida and North Carolina, began her real estate career in 1998 with the help of her mother, Mickery Mowery, a well-established realtor in the Southwest Florida area. Sherri worked at Bluebell Realty for three years, specializing in beachfront property. In 1999, she bought her first income property. She continued to sell real estate in the Southwest Florida area and exceeded the top sales mark six years in a row, winning top real estate awards. Sherri continues to purchase rental properties in Florida and North Carolina.

Sherri first started to travel to North Carolina for vacations. In becoming familiar with western North Carolina, she had the idea of starting a nondiscriminatory development. Western North Carolina was also attractive because she found it to be a popular area for second homes and retirement homes. Sherri's vision of the development is to provide a great home with the security of being in a gated community.

Sherri teamed up with David Preston to begin a land search in March 2005. Their goal was to find the right property with close access to Asheville. Sherri believes that the property they have selected is the perfect fit for the development they have planned. Sherri moved to the Asheville, North Carolina area in June 2006 to manage the development of the project.
